Resident Insights helps Revenues & Benefits teams turn Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction data into a clearer view of their caseload, identify where support may be missing and target support to the right residents.

Key Features:

Campaign types

Create targeted lists for four main types of support:

  • Benefits take-up: Find residents who may be eligible for benefits they are not receiving.
  • Prevention: Spot signs of financial difficulty earlier, so support can be offered before problems escalate.
  • Hardship and grant support: Find households that may qualify for hardship grants or other financial help.
  • Energy cost support: Identify households that may benefit from retrofit grants or other help with energy costs.
